Although we create a number of Turkish delicacies, we are especially renowned for our Börek, which attracts hundreds of customers coming from all corners of Sydney on weekends

You may ask: What is a Börek?

It is a soft golden pastry with savoury fillings and flagrant garnished herbs, creating a symphony of flavours in every bite. Always served fresh and warm, it is the perfect balance of crispy and creamy. It is a delightful appetizer or snack that will transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Istanbul.

Since our company was established in 2015 in Rosebery we have had the honor and the pleasure of serving the people of Sydney our fresh wholesome pastries.

We are a family run business, that is open 6 days a week. Our cafe is often visited during breakfast when we serve Turkish breakfasts and during lunch- and that is when you see people in line for our famous Rose Boreks and sandwiches with a coffee on side. Once meals are done, many people opt to finish up with some of our fresh sweets.

We have gained a lot of experience in the last 7 years through serving the community of Sydney and also through providing catering services across Sydney, as we have been supplying fresh products to cafes, restaurants and events since our establishment started.
